I practice a person-centered, strength-based approach to counseling. I believe you are
the expert in your own life. I collaborate with you in developing a plan to meet your goals. Together we identify your strengths, where you want to be in your life, and the steps
to get you there.

The focus of my counseling is on creating solutions to overcome current obstacles, building resilience toward future obstacles, and improving your overall well-being.

One of things I am most passionate about is educating people on the components of
well-being and showing them ways to exercise their personal strengths toward
improving well-being.
